Phoenix Mercury +10 (-105)

LA has been lighting it up lately, and they should win this game much more often than not. To give up 10 points, however, you have to figure the Sparks win this game almost 100% of the time.

The current no-vig price of -525 equates to the Sparks winning 84% of the time. I figure the Sparks figure to win this game closer to 84% of the time than they do 100%, so value should be had with Phoenix and the 10 points.

Minnesota Lynx +9 (-105)

The Lynx will likely lose this game, but more often than not they should cover the 9 points. Sacramento figures to win this game around 80% of the time. If, however, you combine the odds of the Lynx winning (roughly 20% of the time) with the odds the Monarchs win by 8 or less when they prevail, then good value should be had with the Lynx and the 9 points.

SA Silver Stars +9 (-102)

The Sparks come into this game riding a winning streak, but that doesn’t justify laying 9 points to the Silver Stars. The Sparks are likely to win this game, but more often than not the Stars should cover the 9 points in this matchup providing a decent return over the long haul.

Charlotte Sting +12.5 (+100)

The Sting go to Detroit to face the Shock today, and they will likely lose this game 9 out of 10 times they play. They won’t always lose this game, and when they lose they will likely lose by 12 points or less. As such, a good return over the long haul is expected with the Sting at this price.

Chicago Sky +9.5 (-105)

The Sky play the Mercury today, and Phoenix is likely to win this game. At 9.5 points, however, value should be had with the Sky. I expect a decent return over the long haul with the Sky at this price.

Pittsburgh Pirates / LA Dodgers UNDER 8.5 (+120) (Z Duke/A Sele)

This game will be played tonight at Dodger Stadium with the temperature in the upper 60s along with a slight breeze from the West. Dodger Stadium typically keeps run totals down, and there’s no reason to go against that tonight.

Although 8.5 is UNDER a key number of 9, it is still above a key number of 7 that is more likely to occur in Dodger Stadium. Getting these odds on this wager figures to provide good value that should prove to be profitable over the long haul.

New York Liberty +10 (-105)

The Lynx should win this game, but the Liberty shouldn’t be getting this many points. More often than not the Liberty should cover the 10 points.

In the middle of a 4 game losing streak. Maybe it’ll end today.

Chicago Sky +11 (-111)

The Sky likely won’t win this game, but it’s hard not to take 10 points at home for a WNBA team. Of course a blowout is more likely to occur given that the Sky aren’t very likely to win, but more often than not the Sky should cover the 11 points.

Charlotte Sting +13 (-110)

Charlotte hasn’t done all that well so far this season, and they should continue to be undervalued by the average bettor until they get tings fixed. At the same time, however, getting 13 points with the Sting on the road ifgures to be a profitable situation. Like the Sky the Sting are likely to lose, but more often than not they should cover the 13 points.

Charlotte Sting +6 (-102)

A very early game for the Shock and Sting today (11:30am!). Charlotte won’t always lose this game, and more often than not they should cover the 6.

Minnesota Lynx +11.5 (-105)

Connecticut is very strong, but that doesn’t justify 11.5 points in the WNBA. Minnesota will likely lose, but more often than not they should cover the 11.5.

Chicago continues to be underrated. Although a blowout might happen, more often than not the Sky should cover the 13 points in this matchup.

Miami Heat +10.5 (+102)

I grabbed this at Pinnacle using their live betting system. Getting a large number like this figures to provide good value, as the game is still in the 1st quarter. Even if you figure Dallas wins this game more than 90% of the time given what’s happened so far, getting this type of number should provide a good return over the long haul.
